A dedicated advocacy group committed to promoting and implementing road safety solutions in honour of Garfield Batts. Most road deaths are preventable. Dangerous infrastructure, poor maintenance, and ignored hazards contribute to countless collisions every day.

Road traffic crashes are an epidemic in Jamaica โ€” claiming 374 lives in 2025 from 947 reported crashes.

GBHSF empowers communities to document road hazards with photos and videos. When ordinary people become watchdogs, roads get fixed faster. Your submissions create an undeniable visual record that drives accountability.
